Golf Wedges are the golf clubs with broad sole and significant loft. They have short handles, so the golfer finds it easy to position himself before the shot. Wedges are used to hit the ball from short distances inside 100 yards of the golf course. There are two kinds of Golf wedges- pitching wedge and sand wedge. A sand wedge is used to hit the golf ball from the sands. It helps the golfer to bring back the golf ball to the green rather than trapped in the sand traps.
