The Golf training mat is a golf practicing mat that is used for the positioning of golf balls during practice hitting. The practice mat for golf consists of sloped areas which enables the easy placement of the golf ball. The golf practice mat has a base mat with a bottom plate and a receiving structure, and also an artificial turf. The receiving frame consists of practice area for tee-shot which is flat in shape and a sloped practice area concave in shape. The artificial turf which is above the sloped plane consists of a multitude of golf ball positioning areas for the placement of a golf ball on the sloped practice portion. Hence, the golf ball could be placed upon the various inclined areas of the golf practice mat with ease. The golf ball positioning areas are continuously created on the sloped practice portion in the radial direction.
